This policy explains how bled.net processes personal data submitted through contact and reservation forms.

Data we may collect includes name, email, phone, country/city, reservation dates, guest count, message content, IP address, and browser user-agent.

We use this data to process inquiries, coordinate reservations, generate payment references, prevent abuse, and maintain service logs.

For partner-property inquiries, submitted details are sent to our reservation inbox and may be shared with the relevant accommodation team for booking completion.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We may store payment status metadata and transaction references, but not full card details.

Legal basis: contract pre-steps, legitimate interests, and legal compliance where applicable.

Retention: inquiry and payment records are kept as required for operations, accounting, and dispute handling, then removed or anonymized.
