Bled.net is a travel and destination platform focused on Lake Bled, Slovenia, and surrounding regions. Depending on the service selected, reservations may be handled directly through Bled.net, through accommodation partners, activity providers, event organizers, or third-party booking platforms.
This policy explains how reservations, cancellations, amendments, and refunds are handled.
Accommodation Reservations
Accommodation listings displayed on Bled.net may be offered through:
- Direct reservation requests
- Partner accommodation providers
- Third-party booking platforms
- Affiliate booking partners
The applicable cancellation and refund rules depend on the booking channel used to complete the reservation.
The final booking agreement is always concluded between the guest and the accommodation provider or booking platform responsible for processing the reservation.
Reservations Made Through Third-Party Booking Platforms
When a reservation is completed through external platforms such as Booking.com or other travel partners, the cancellation, amendment, refund, and payment rules of that provider apply.
Bled.net does not process, modify, or cancel reservations made through third-party platforms.
Guests should contact the booking provider directly regarding:
- Reservation changes
- Refund requests
- Date modifications
- Guest information updates
- Billing questions
Direct Reservation Requests
For reservations submitted directly through Bled.net inquiry forms, cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the accommodation provider and communicated during the reservation process.
If payment has already been made, refund eligibility depends on:
- Cancellation timing
- Provider policies
- Reservation type
- Any special offers or non-refundable rates
Activities and Guided Experiences
Reservations for activities, tours, transfers, and guided experiences may have specific cancellation conditions determined by the provider.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the activity may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to partial or full cancellation fees.
- No-shows are generally non-refundable.
Certain activities may be weather dependent and can be rescheduled or refunded at the provider's discretion.
Guido Virtual Tours
Virtual tours and digital experiences purchased through Bled.net are delivered electronically.
Upon purchase, users receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased content.
Digital content may not be:
- Resold
- Redistributed
- Publicly broadcast
- Shared outside the purchasing account
Refunds for Digital Content
If access to a virtual tour or digital product has not been activated, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Once digital content has been accessed, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or substantially consumed, refunds may no longer be available except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Event Reservations
Tickets or reservations for events may be subject to event-specific cancellation rules.
Certain events may be:

- Transferable to another attendee
- Reschedulable

Refund Processing

Most refunds are completed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Fraud Prevention
Bled.net reserves the right to refuse refunds or reservations where fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or misuse of services is reasonably suspected.
