No physical shipping: bled.net currently provides digital reservation workflows and service-related confirmations only.
Any reservation/payment confirmation is delivered electronically (email or provider confirmation page).
Returns / cancellations: cancellation, refund, and amendment rules depend on the selected accommodation and payment channel.
For Booking.com reservations, partner website bookings, or external payment flows, the respective provider policy applies.
For direct partner inquiries submitted on bled.net, refund/return eligibility is reviewed case-by-case according to the agreed reservation terms and payment status.
